Women’s Drum Making Workshop

Join us in a sacred circle of women as we create our own hand drums and reconnect with an ancient tradition that honors the goddess within. For millennia, the drum has been revered as a sacred tool—an extension of the heartbeat of Mother Earth. Across cultures and generations, women have gathered in rhythm, ceremony, and song, using the drum to invoke healing, transformation, and spiritual connection.

For over 25 years, Doris Issendorf Linder has been walking the path of the drum—first crafting her own with a simple leather kit, and later founding RedEagle Drums in 2009 to share the deep, healing power of rhythm. Her journey began through personal loss, when her husband’s battle with cancer opened her heart to prayer, Spirit, and the medicine of drumming. Today, Doris brings her wisdom, warmth, and creative energy to women across Minnesota through monthly drum circles and workshops that honor the sacred feminine.

No previous experience is necessary—only a desire to create, connect, and celebrate. Together, we’ll awaken the drum as a vessel of the divine feminine, weaving intention into every step of its making.
